Refund policy

We realize that plans sometimes change, and (sadly) people may need to cancel their retreat reservations. Please familiarize yourself with our refund policy before you make your reservation – we have to be very strict about refunds in order to ensure that retreats don’t get cancelled at the last minute

  • 100% refund if you cancel more than six weeks before the start of the retreat
  • 50% refund if you cancel four to six weeks before the start of the retreat
  • No refunds for cancellations made less than 4 weeks before the retreat

Registration fees are transferable, so if you need to cancel you can send someone in your place.

Wattle Hollow Retreat Center

Wattle Hollow is a very special place – a beautiful, natural retreat with two large streams running through it. The retreat is used mostly for spiritual getaways and yoga retreats, with occasional special events like ours that fit the vision of Joy Fox, the owner. The accommodations are comfortable but rustic (think summer camp). Rooms are well furnished and cozy, and some of the bathrooms are composting toilets – more than outhouses but less than modern bathrooms. (Joy is very proud of them!) Shower facilities are limited.  You can read all about the history and goings-on at the Hollow on their webpage – www.wattlehollow.com . We’re confident that everyone who comes to Wattle Hollow will fall in love with its beauty and peacefulness.
